Do you usually eat breakfast? If so what foods comprise breakfast and at what time are they eaten? And lastly for those who eat breakfast daily how do you feel when you skip breakfast? #asknostr
Usually just coffee but I like eggs a lot.
Yes. Typical breakfast these days is 2-3 eggs with avocado. Sometimes smash the avocado and put it on sourdough. Sometimes sweet potato hash or a side of bacon. Typically eat breakfast around 7:30am. If I miss it I’m starving by 10am and will eat an earlier lunch around 10:30 or 11am. I haven’t always been this way but I’ve been a lot more cardio active lately and my body needs more energy.
Are you fat adapted at all?
What’s fat adapted?
I stopped eating breakfast, so I can give a body some pause a daily intermediate fasting and I kinda get used to morning hunger.
Yeah I stopped breakfast and am carnivore and noticed I don’t really start to experience hunger until noon but can easily go 24 without eating with no impact on my energy level or performance. Pretty cool. I used to 5 times a day and would violently hungry first thing in the AM
Nope. I don't eat for about 3 hours till after I get up, and it doesn't matter what time I get up, so, if I get up at about 4AM, yes, you could say I have breakfast😬😂.
Yes, eggs, hungry
FIRST MEAL, BREAK-FAST USUALLY HAPPENS AROUND 12 (POST EXERCISE) CURRENT: CHAI SEEDS (OTHER GRAINS?) & NUT MILK HEATED. ADD SMALL AMOUNTS BERRIES, APPLE CIDAR VINEGAR, SPIRULINA, HEMP POWDER/SEEDS, MAGNESIUM THE MEAL IS AN CONTINUOUS EXPERIMENT AND SOMETIMES POSTPONED. THE GOAL IS TO BE WELL NOURISHED AND SATISFIED. GOOD QUESTION 🤙

That’s a good breakfast. You go over medium?
Scrambled, cheesy eggs if I'm being fancy
