Yes. Typical breakfast these days is 2-3 eggs with avocado. Sometimes smash the avocado and put it on sourdough. Sometimes sweet potato hash or a side of bacon. Typically eat breakfast around 7:30am. If I miss it I’m starving by 10am and will eat an earlier lunch around 10:30 or 11am. I haven’t always been this way but I’ve been a lot more cardio active lately and my body needs more energy.

Thanks for sharing! I’ll look into it more. I’m not too worried about my weight or overall health but it doesn’t hurt to try getting better.
