Kids and family are the best! Watching them grow into awesome individuals is the greatest gift I've ever received. Can't wait to see the impact they will have on this world

Same...everyone out of state is asking why I'm not evacuating. My house is concrete block...just have to hope the trimming I did to the 9 oak trees on my lot allows the wind to get through

Kids have picky tastes in food. Would eat shit fiat food all day if we let them. My wife is a badass and makes sure to limit their seed oils as much as possible. Homemade sourdough bagels for their lunch box with grass fed butter.

I have several friends that sell real estate and the amount of out of state cash buyers in 20-22 was wild. A friend closed on a house in March 2020 for $480k and sold it in March 24 for $910k. Buyers were from NY
