I tell you, this autumn and mushroom season collect amanita muscaria and dry it very well. Then consume it in microdoses (from 0,5g to 2g). It will help a lot through the winter. Motivation, drive, focus, joy, calmness, goodsleep and energy.
Consume very early in the morning or just before you sleep because energy effects may take several hours to arrive.
That's lost ancient knowledge.
That makes me think in Darwinian terms and if you overdoit you probably shouldn't be doing mushrooms and you are lucky to be alive (or dead)
But to over do it you have to put some effort chewing.

Seriously I've been microdosing those this year. And I'm waiting for next autumn to get more (southern hemisphere here).
And they are the best thing for winter. When sun is gone and you feel the dark winter upon you. Take a microdose of that and it will help you shine again and be bigger than any problem. Motivation, drive , strength and energy. Clarity, good sleep, dreams, focus.
Just dry them very well and eat up to 2 grams. From 0,5g to 1g is optimal.

I have a three year old and he sees me carving all day. When he wants to, he can take the knife and try, but I stop everything I'm doing, sit him with me and teach him proper use. It happens really often with most activities.
