 Seriously I've been microdosing those this year. And I'm waiting for next autumn to get more (southern hemisphere here).
And they are the best thing for winter. When sun is gone and you feel the dark winter upon you. Take a microdose of that and it will help you shine again and be bigger than any problem. Motivation, drive , strength and energy. Clarity, good sleep, dreams, focus.
Just dry them very well and eat up to 2 grams. From 0,5g to 1g is optimal.
Very early in the morning or just before you get asleep.

There is a book by Baba Masha about it. 
But for real, I discovered amanita muscaria this year and it is a true nature gift for us and winter.
