In Dutch there is a word for this: ‘eigenwijs’.
The literal translation would be ‘own wisdom’
But Google translates it as ‘stubborn’.
I’ve been called eigenwijs more than I can count, and most of the times it wasn’t meant as a compliment.
But eigenwijs as I am, I always took it as one.
And I’m very happy with where my life is as a result of it 👊

Back in the day I had some sats on Blockfi.
Pulled out before they went bankrupt (my gut feeling was right) and left a few sats as transaction dust.
Now I get a notification from Paypal that I received 14 dollars from Blockfi in a bankruptcy settlement.

The dm created a level 9 Barbarian Rogue for me to play, and I named him Hodl.

Whenever I visited the US it always amazed me how the waiter, doorman or garbage men took great pride in their work. Some even introducing themselves as artist, actor or entrepreneur doing a side job.
Always loved that about the Americans.
This is how we learn though. Get your hands dirty and play with small amounts.
Also, plenty of techies here that are eager to help.
