Michael was very short sighted. And I’ll explain where exactly he got it wrong and why he wants yield.
- Michael believes Bitcoin is a great “Asset” not currency as most of us here believe.
- He also believes it’s the Best asset, and thinks people will generally choose it over other assets because it has lower risk.
- He puts Bitcoin next to real estate and stocks and mixes in gold and art when making a financial decision to buy it or not. (Saif pushed against this, Michael missed the point).
When you have this trio, you are already deep in loss. Because you made Bitcoin an asset, it’s better than everything except its not generating income, what can you do sitting on billions of dollars? let’s make it give yield.
What Saylor missed is that, Bitcoin is a layer bellow assets. And all other assets can become Bitcoin Generating Assets (BGAs), regaining their appeal. The house in 2050 might not be rented for fiat, it might be priced in bitcoin and generating bitcoin. The Apple stock might be priced in bitcoin, giving out dividends in bitcoin. If you miss this part, you have this feeling that bitcoin is a deadend unless i the one who has 1% of all that exist cant do anything with it.
The proper way to make bitcoin yield, is to use it as a currency. You buy a house with bitcoin, you rent it out for bitcoin monthly payment. Boom, bitcoin yield. Saylor is thinking about this at all. nostr:note1apdj8qe5gyu5j8rhxvw30tqame2j8tzyp3gu74sh4kucz65jg4wqp8cxs4
GM nostr.
Let’s keep it clean today. I don’t want any negativity, only epicness is allowed, anything else will be muted.
In other news, rumors are bitcoin from 20 days of the genesis block are moving. And people are getting excited.
Am i the only one who feels there is no one online. but at the same time, i see a ton of things happened during the last 24 hours that did not show up on my feed at all?

Well this is all about how the standard ones fit your ears.
For example, the standard ones never fit my ear, even the extra small size wont fit. And because of the the standard ones kept falling, especially when i chew or smile.
I bought these and they just work. much more secure for me than the standard ones.

Not the same. Growth happens by additional value propositions.
For example, you sell Pizza you attract pizza people, but if you also sell ice cream, now you will attract ice cream people too. Two product, bigger market share.
If you make the best Pizza, Ice cream people wont come. They are not interested.
Very different philosophies imo.
I very slightly disagree. We went on an app rampage. Soooo many apps were developed in the last year.
More apps capture more market. Better experience retain them.
So not the same, but definitely relevant.
Now that we have so many apps, let’s chill and make everything work. We will get back to building new apps next year.
I just realized a missed all the replies because of the amount of spam on this post. 😞
WoT hides notifications, but they are still in the replies, WoT needs to be more aggressive.
Nice. I only tried it for 20 minutes maybe. But I was blown away by the high-def 8K video experiences. That alone makes the entire device worth it. But what i understand is that there isn't that many 8K experiences yet.
Hello friends!
Does anyone know of an app/website that helps in forecasting/ analyzing business financial feasibility?
Where it can cleanly take initial investment costs, estimated running costs and revenues, and give back monthly revenue, breakeven points etc.
I just don't want to build an excel sheet from scratch, and i dont want to use an excel template unless i have to.

The only car that I truly loved, is the Audi R8. I remember promising myself I will buy this car even if it was 70 years old when I was able to afford it.
Wen R8? Maybe one day.
