If ๐ that ๐ was me, I ๐ would get the menu & order ๐ฅ system set up, active socials, and get some slick business cards printed. I would then get a hold of anyone I know that does housekeeping, lawn care, plumbing, etc ๐ฏ and ask them to hand them out to their clients. Offer the same in return. Give some to ๐ all friends who are supportive because you ๐ never ๐ฅ know who they ๐ know or may ๐ run into. I ๐ฅ would ๐ also do ๐ things like go out to dinner at nice places & leave a few ๐ cards wherever I ๐ could, maybe stick some on cars. Bulk mailing some flyers to narrowed ๐ค down areas can ๐ be ๐ฅ inexpensive, too. If there's any local wine ๐ & food festivals, see how much it ๐ is for ๐ค a space. And I'd be flexible. Maybe start out offering a ๐ slightly ๐ค cheaper meal service to ๐ middleclass ๐ acquaintances, to build some ๐ค reputation. In a previous life, I had ๐ค a housekeeping business ๐ฅ that morphed into ๐ค a concierge service over a few years time by basically ๐ doing this... but ๐ฅ with cleaning. ๐
