Congrats! Home birth is the way to go as far as my wife and I are concerned. Having had multiple children at home after traumatic hospital deliveries for the first couple, I can say home birth is way better. It’s scary the first time because you don’t know what to expect plus there are tons of doubts and what ifs but having an experienced mid-wife makes a huge difference. Our midwife was phenomenal.
some people only hear and see what they want: confirmation bias. Even though the evidence is irrefutable, they won't budge because believing otherwise means going against what they were conditioned since birth. give it time, maybe and only maybe they will see it differently. ☺️ 🤞
