You spend too much time in bitcoin circles. Setting up a lightning node is not hard. Managing connectivity and liquidity and running it always on and available on clear net while making sure you don’t lose funds regularly is not easy for the average person. I have nothing to sell.

A mobile “node in phone” lightning wallet is as far as I would recommend for most people I know, and even that is unnecessary for the average person who would probably only use Lightning for small purchases. There are a few of my friends that could run a full always-on lightning node, but it’s overkill unless you run a business or just like tinkering with tech.
Lol I’m afraid to ask what’s discussed 🤣 I installed the last App Store release to try out the chat bubble UI for replies. And I also use it for private/anon zaps since sadly other iOS clients have not implemented them. In fact, I’m typing this reply from Damus on my ipad. There are a lot of things I love about Damus, but there are a couple of basic things that still don’t seem to work right (besides the no gif button thing, lol) compared to other clients. Looking forward to the next App Store release, and really curious about what tools for content creators might be in the works.
If you want to be entertained, go to youtube or your other social media and search “Chase infinite money glitch” where a bunch of idiots apparently discovered check fraud and thought it was a good idea to openly engage in it on TikTok 😂😂😂

lol right so dumb 😂 Apparently the “glitch” was with the Chase ATMs temporarily not limiting how much they could withdraw, and for whatever reason the full amount of the deposited checks was made available immediately upon deposit. Stupid of people to not think they’d get caught, and crazy that Chase to allow it be possible in the first place. When I deposit checks, usually only a small portion of it is available until the check clears.
lol. Complete morons. And you know none of them were smart enough to buy bitcoin with it and lose the keys. They probably bought dumb stuff like TVs and phones.
“Delete” on nostr is a request for relays to delete the note. Many relays support the feature and honor the request. But there’s nothing to prevent a relay or client from retaining a copy of it once it’s posted.
I just use the built-in Preview app on macOS for pdfs. You can do some markup and editing on pdfs, and it lets you select/copy text in the document. If it’s a scanned document you export it with the option to “embed text” so the text is selectable/searchable in other apps as well. Not sure if that accomplishes what you’re needing, but it’s already on your mac so worth a shot.
