I cut out bread and plan to work on an #antiinflammatory diet. I believe the flour most #bread uses (even the healthy kind) spikes insulin far too high.
#Bloomberg Daybreak used to be very centrist and I enjoyed that. Now that we are in an election year, they have changed their tone to a left leaning bias.

#btc #UTXO question: what is the best way to remove the headaches of consolidating them? If I understand it correctly, it is smarter to purchase larger chunks of btc and withdrawal to cold wallets less often to avoid the large amount of utxo’s to consolidate? Also is it better to consolidate immediately rather than waiting to merge a large amount? Any resources appreciated, thanks.
