My friend’s Instagram was suspended for violating their community guidelines. It doesn’t say exactly what he did but it gives him the option to “appeal.” He has no idea what he got suspended for and only has like two posts that are really old. After clicking the appeal button, it asked him to verify his identity through a facial scan. KYC has gotten way out of hand. Thankful for nostr.
The theory of evolution claims that we came from a common ancestor of monkeys. Not that we came from monkeys. But even if we did, that wouldn’t mean monkeys have to disappear. Dogs evolved from wolves but wolves are still here.
I wouldn’t say it’s overthinking. You see a hot woman and you get aroused. This is a common experience for teenagers. It’s not overthinking, it’s a natural response that we learn to suppress through thinking. Animals get aroused and start trying to fuck on the spot haha

I read something similar about how the unconscious mind processes thousands of bits of information that our conscious mind can’t handle. This is then reflected in our emotions and gut feelings. Is that similar?
It sounds similar. One of the stories I heard is about a woman that had a gut feeling, which was processed by her unconscious mind, about a strange man trying to help her take groceries up to her apartment. She didn’t know why she felt unsafe but she ignored it. He ended up raping her. It turns out there were a lot of red flags that her unconscious mind processed to be dangerous. One was that she’d never seen him before in that building so he didn’t actually live there. The other was that the doors locked upon entering the building so there was no way he could get in unless he was following her very closely. Another sign was that he seemed to know where she was when he talked to her while she didn’t know where he was, meaning that he was following her sneakily. He also came off as dangerous. We don’t necessarily think about pheromones but we definitely respond to them instinctively and her unconscious mind probably sensed that his cortisol was elevated. She ignored all those red flags by telling herself that she’s being paranoid.
I have a very simple and straight forward skincare routine. I wash my face with warm water before bed. Two estheticians I’ve met (one I dated) couldn’t believe how nice my skin was 😏
I think my genetics are pretty average. When my hair is long, my face breaks out more because my hair sits on my forehead. The oils from your hair can cause you to break out. I also break out when I spend time with a girl who wears makeup. Those chemicals aren’t supposed to be absorbed by your skin. A few years ago I would constantly touch my arms, trying to feel the muscles on my shoulders and then it would break out. My guess is that the oils from my fingers triggered that. If I touch my face a lot, I’ll break out too. I also breakout in some other parts of my body which I think might be caused by sweat. But my face is the cleanest because I wash it regularly and remove that oily layer with warm water. I’m starting to think that we breakout because our skin is trying to remove some shit that it absorbed which it wasn’t supposed to absorb 😂
It’s pretty complicated because we are exposed to toxins and air pollutants that our ancestors never had. So removing more than usual might not be that bad. I’ve gone maybe two days without washing my face and my skin was still fine though. A good diet helps a lot. I drink bone broth and eat meat organs full of good vitamins. My hair is a mystery though. It looks great if I don’t wash it for a while but i have some dry skin flakes that fall out. It’s not dandruff though.
Jake Paul is a scumbag but you don’t have to like Jake Paul to acknowledge that he understands power. Trump does something similar. Andrew Tate as well. If you get emotionally swept away or frustrated by these polarizing personalities, then you’ve been manipulated. It’s all a show. Bread and circuses. I don’t admire scam artists but I acknowledge that they’re intelligent in the way they manipulate the masses. That isn’t easy. I can’t become relevant and popular no matter how low I stoop.
I think the ultimate benefit of keeping your morals is that you attract other moral people into your life. Jake Paul probably can’t trust most people in his life.
