You should read adventures in legal land by Marc Stevens. The constitution is just smoke and mirrors.
 Constitutionalism has its limits.

Rothbard elaborated how the American government has constantly reinterpreted the constitution to expand its powers as well.

The history of how the Indian constitution was butchered is a much better example of a government blatantly doing it.

One can advocate for liberty till their throat is sore, and yet it is entirely possible that people just keep voting for a socialist who makes utopian promises and destroys every element of freedom that exists in society when he comes to power.

I don't know if its healthy that I'm so skeptical about our political and legal system here in India so early on in life.

I just know that I shouldn't stop advocating for liberty either way. Inaction doesn't seem like a very good alternative to me.
