Freedom of speech is an unalienable right. It doesn't matter what country you live in, you have the right to freedom of speech without regulation, and without conditions or qualifiers.
Any national laws or international laws attempting to infringe on the freedom of speech have no authority, and every human on the planet is 110% justified in ignoring those infringements.
Any government officials or agency infringing on the freedom of speech in any form is a tyrannical.

You can run a script blocker, such as NoScript, and it will rat out the rats. With NoScript you will see Oracle on many websites, collecting data.
Oracle's database is used by many companies, and it looks like Oracle has integrated data collection schemes into their software to scan and collect info as people use company systems, and you can't do anything about it.
Your local bank or credit union may have an Oracle script accessing your checking accouny history as you look over your account using a web browser.
Fortunately, with a web browser, you can block the Oracle scripts with a script blocker, such as uMatrix or NoScript. If you use the bank's app, you can't block anything, so you may want to bank through a web browser using a script blocker.
