Whoever is good at pushups:
I think I don’t really do pushups correctly, mostly because I don’t think my back stays straight, but probably many other flaws.
I want to join the #100pushups gang …eventually… and have started with a small number of knee pushups a day. This does not satisfy me; I want to do the real thing correctly as I scale up to 100 a day.
Are any of you willing to take 15-45 minutes or so to provide tips and corrections over something like Hivetalk? Looking for someone who will not ridicule my abysmal knowledge of basic exercises, but instead gently help me overcome it.
If so, let me know how many sats you would like for that, if any.

My crow friends visited me again today after a long absence. Because of my raccoon struggles this year I stopped putting out food for them until yesterday.

Today I confirmed that someone was on my mutelist probably by mistake (a thorough review of their profile several weeks back showed they had not met my criteria for muting).
I usually take some care with these things, so I can’t figure that out.
My reason for bringing this up is something that has been troubling my mind for a while for going unsaid:
I want to make sure that EVERYONE knows that they are welcome in #nostrbiblestudy as long as they are respectful to the other participants and the spirit of the group, showing up to learn in good faith.
It doesn’t matter if I’ve muted you, by accident or on purpose. It doesn’t matter if we’ve never spoken or if we have had heated arguments. What I hope to accomplish in that room is vastly bigger than my feed, my preferences, or the past. I leave all that outside.
Please join, you are invited.

They shade the tone of a message much like the difference between a period and an exclamation point, but I think even more dramatically.
Not a criticism, just a hopefully constructive idea: what about inviting the kid to help with the chores? I hear a lot about how helping grownups can be like play at young ages. It might slow things down at first as they learn, but the payoff could eventually be getting MORE stuff done and a kid who doesn’t hate chores.
