I’m doing well and I don’t feel like I need a social media break or anything, I just don’t always feel like being in a public bitcoin group chat. Nostr can feel that way at times because I’m not obsessed with bitcoin. I say this with love. I support you all being passionate about bitcoin. How about talking to the #Fediverse peeps who are bridged onto #Nostr? Hardly any of us talk about #Bitcoin or other cryptos.

💯 agree. we are always part of the solution. But it does not mean every day you are always at your best at finding the content that interests you; this is exactly what I have understood and feel from her post. I personally had to scroll incredible amount of time before I can find topics that interests me. I am well aware of this and it is a price that I have to pay as an early adopter. The question now (for me to ponder) is how long could I wait for #nostr's searchability to improve? I guess only time can tell! ☺️

it's still the early stages of nostr. The nerd ratio is still a bit high we appreciate the pumpkinfarming that balanced it out a bit, but more growth of general non (btc, nostr) content is needed for us to thrive more and better here
Create a second profile and choose 1 as your everything account, and 1 as your nothing Bitcoin related account. Just mute the accounts that talk about Bitcoin a lot on that account. 🙂
Been feeling the same way recently, I've honestly gotten pretty bored of bitcoin talk unless it's about building a native economy. I blame the bull run, people are a lot more focused on building Actual Things™️when they aren't going gaga over the fiat price. I'd much rather talk about music, so many people dropped bangers this year
