It's a sentence that uses every letter of the (english) alphabet. You can look lists of them up online. Some examples are: Jack amazed a few girls by dropping the antique onyx vase. The five boxing wizards jump quickly. Puzzled women bequeath jerks very exotic gifts. Brown jars prevented the mixture from freezing too quickly. You get the idea. Now my dearest of Nostriches, I wish for you to send me an example of any pangram you find that you like. You may use one of these I've listed here or you may find your own. Write it out in your own handwriting and send me a picture of it! Writing out the pangram is just a proof-of-work. Should you enter, you'll be entered in a draw for the pen. You can submit up to five entries to maximize your chances. The draw is on the 31st of October.

For this contest yes, otherwise I suppose I could make a new font with it, although that specifically isn't a goal I had considered. I am generally studying handwriting styles in an effort to gain a better knowledge of the topic with an intent to work towards mastery of it. So I do have high goals, but I wouldn't stop at just creating a font.
