If only we knew who or (the who’s) that were really behind the demolition of all the World Trade building. Didn’t they catch some foreign agents dancing in celebration after the attacks. Where were they from?
A single cow can provide:
1000+ pounds of beef
1000+ gallons of milk
1000+ pounds of cheese
100+ household and medical products
And it only takes sunlight, water and grass.
So why is this the most demonized animal on earth?

I recently learnt domestic violence & abuse reduces by 40% if the woman has financial independence. Bitcoin fixes this. I’m planning to talk to the New Zealand Women’s Refuge Association about first educating their staff and volunteers about Bitcoin, then educating the women they shelter.
A few years ago, my wife Karin said “you look like you’ve put on weight?” which was something I’d noticed myself and I hadn’t been doing enough exercise or working out.
I’d just listened to an episode on the Paul Chek (legend) podcast where Paul interviewed his mentor Tom Campanaro, the founder of the Total Gym.
It sounded like a well priced, versatile piece of kit, so I bought one on my Business account.
A day later, Karin asked me with alarm “what is the $3000 debit for?” I told her “you called me fat, so I’ve bought a home gym.”
For the past three years, I’ve worked out on my Total Gym twice a week, once on my own and once with Karin first thing in the morning. I love that I can work out in my underwear was listening to Bitcoin Podcasts. It’s also great working out with Karin and it’s really improved her upper body strength.
Our two daughters get to see their parents exercising regularly which is a great life lesson for them.
I’m in better physical shape than any 54-year-old I know, and intent to remain that way for the rest of my days.
No one ever regrets being fit and strong, able to physically cope with the challenges life throws at us, and the personal satisfaction of being in good shape.
There’s a correlation between leg strength and longevity. When elderly people who don’t have good leg strength trip and are unable to arrest their fall, they break a hip or fracture their pelvis, into hospital they go, and they leave in a coffin.
I highly recommend the Book Younger Next Year which I heard about from Larry Leppard.

Never a truer word said. Thank you for your honesty and courage in saying this. The overwhelmingly disproportionate Jewish control of banking (& central banking), the mainstream media, Hollywood and big Pharma is deeply concerning for anyone with the eyes to see, especially with what has transpired in the last few years.
Thank you for your enormous courage in publicly questioning the inconsistencies of events of October 7th. I can’t imagine how brave you must be to do this within Israel. 🙏🏻
My primary concern, William, is that the Talmud clearly states, as repeated and instructed by the Rabbis, that the non-Jew ‘goyim’ are merely cattle, who exist solely to serve Jews.
This xenophobic and racist view, coupled with the political, economic and cultural power Jews wield, should concern anyone who wants to live a life of peace, harmony and freedom.
As you get older, you’ll realize that a $30,000 watch and a $30 watch both tell the same time.
A Gucci wallet and a Target wallet hold the same amount of money.
A $10,000,000 house and a $100,000 house host the same loneliness.
A Toyota will also drive you as far as a Bentley.
True happiness is not found in materialistic things, it comes from the love and laughter found with each other.
Stay humble… the holes dug for us in the ground are all the same size.
….and stack sats.
Full disclosure. I found the post on Twitter and liked its general theme. I just changed Ford to Toyota (as Fords are rubbish) and added … and stack Sats at the end. That said I felt rather disingenuous about the repost. 🤷🏼♂️
What tosh! If the poor turbines needed a time out to recover from their overbearing workload, they should have been shutdown of the required period. The miners would have had to pay for higher cost power or shut down too. 🤡
I’ve had the good fortune to meet two local Bitcoiners in my city this week via Cody Ellingham’s Transformation of Value podcast.
Hank and I spent two hours at a cafe discussing our journeys to Bitcoin, what we’ve learnt and are keen to learn. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed being able to hold an intelligent conversation about the many aspects of this most fascinating and optimistic subject.
Today, another gent visited me at my showroom, not for furniture, but to introduce himself and to hopefully meet another Bitcoiner.
He had heard me on a recent ToV episode.
He has a fledgling business he’s keen to introduce lightning payments into and even mining generated heating.
We can both share information on implementing these technologies.
Like us, he’s keen to establish a regular Bitcoin meet up. I’m excited to see what we can achieve in a year from now.
Good times.
This is both fascinating and very reassuring for our future and an open decentralised internet. I’d not heard about Web5 until listening to this WIM episode.

Thank you for trying to wake people up at the end of your fights. You’re a rare breed. A fighter and a thinker and a champion for others. I salute you. 🫡
