agreed I sometimes try a little bit of "normal" food when out and I usually don't feel right after that. meat always makes me feel good: lamb beef pork chicken bacon and some eggs

thought: any food that needs advertising is shit. I don't really see ads for meat eggs raw milk raw cheese but I see them for doritos fast food fried food (usually in seed oils) so called sports drinks full of sugar and all matters of sweet shit.
