Exactly. Even longer if you can. While technology has empowered society, all these devices are doing our overall health an injustice, inducing premature conditions which never existed till old age. However, easier said than done, considering how dependent people have allowed themselves to become.
People need to know their legal rights, and start holding governments and corporations accountable for violating their "privacy." You can SUE the government and these organizations for this irreprehensible conduct.

All these sites (X/Facebook/Instagram/Threads) are becoming totally RESTRICTIVE and CONTROLLING. Perhaps this is how Nostr can DIFFERENTIATE itself, and appeal to disenfranchised users? And somehow STRATEGIZE to retain new users once they check out Nostr. Clearly not an easy task. But it should be a PRIORITY to onboard and retain new users.
