Yeah - it's just odd I've been doing carnivore(ish) for some time now. But fasting seems to really help. I feel if I went on an extended fast they would heal much quicker. Right now I'm doing a 24 hr fast once a week.
Carnivore is really good for lowering inflammation. I find my sweet spot for fasting is around 48-72hrs. After 72hrs I start to struggle. I do an 17-18hr fast every day but it's been a while since I did an extended one. It feels like it's time for one.
The longest one I did was 7 days 👀
