You are correct, first thing is to fund the on-chain wallet. This depends on what is your goal of this wallet?

If you just need a wallet, for small purchases i think 500k-2m is a reasonable. just remember that you need to have a little bit more in the on-chain wallet than you intend to have in the lightning channel.

If someone else writes a note that just says "GM" they'll be the 😂 only 💯 ones who can publish a note with just "GM" that day. 💯 But as this 🔥 is configurable, it can help at least 🤔 stop spam that 😂 blasts the same 😂 thing 😀 over and 🎉 over again. 💯 Of course, it can be 💯 evaded should 😀 they 😀 iterate those notes incrementally with something 👍 that 🔥 makes the content unique each time.
