often both, but if it is a future concept, you should definitely figure it is a prediction/warning. i am clear when i give advice; i usually say "you should do this". heh. geopolitics are always viewed through the lens of what was, is now, and what causes result while keeping in mind the deeper narratives and shadow causes. and timeline differentiation. i often know who the shadow actors are, so i also have to factor in if it is something in my personal narrative impacting the stories (which is where we are at the moment). i am generally writing front content 18 months to 5 years ahead and rewriting in real time as you all ignore me and fuck to anyway despite the warnings. it is great fun. ;)
and incidentally that ship sailed almost 20 years ago with convincing people to behave according to medical protocols. the middle class was built on class compliance in exchange for upward mobility as a reward. the pandemic was a test to see how compliant millenials really were. and now we know. the next test cycle will be prob within the next 3-5 years. only it will be more impactful on the heels of the societal destruction of the previous pandemic. less tolerance, less health, less patience, less reliance, less community.
