Ok, so thanks to your post, I put 100 swings into my workout. It was otherwise focused on upper body (pushups, tricep thingies with the kettlebell, windmill with kb, some ab work, etc). I don't know how you managed 100 swings in a row 😬. I did 40, 30, 30.

But you've inspired me: I'll add 100 swings to all of my workouts for the rest of #31days and I'll work up to 2 sets of 50.

Let us know how you feel tomorrow!
 Oh. No no no no.

5x20. That was hard enough to do. I'm not that fit. Geez. My apologies for the misunderstanding.
Ha! I would have done sets of 12 or 20. Well, turns out I can do 40 swings in a row. Now I know
 That's pretty intense! Go you!
And also... I'm already feeling it... All over. Ugh.
I think I remember Tim Ferriss once saying that if he could only do one exercise, and with the idea of minimum effective dose, it was kettlebell swings. 75 of them. I assume in a row

So, yeah, makes sense that you're feeling it all over!
If I die in my sleep, I won't blame you. 😅
 Swings are great!! #RepeatUntilStrong !
 That's a nearly sadistic hashtag... 😅
 I love this so much

(generally I really like this guy's approach and it is working very well for me)

I came across him, but not this particular video.

Thank you.

I would need a lighter bell before starting the Turkish get-up. I'm not starting with an 18kg bell... 😅
 For sure.
I started with something like 10Kg and gradually get to 15 and 26 for some exercises.
And well 36, when my boy orders it 🤷
 Cool!

I sent you a DM via simplex. 😎
