Ok, so thanks to your post, I put 100 swings into my workout. It was otherwise focused on upper body (pushups, tricep thingies with the kettlebell, windmill with kb, some ab work, etc). I don't know how you managed 100 swings in a row 😬. I did 40, 30, 30. But you've inspired me: I'll add 100 swings to all of my workouts for the rest of #31days and I'll work up to 2 sets of 50.
