 Yes, yes they are 👀
The next time you're at the movie theatre ask them if their popcorn is made in healthy coconut oil or toxic canola oil. Then ask them if they have real butter or if it's a canola oil based "buttery flavored topping" 👀

This guy single-handedly by one very informative video got me on keto years ago. He’s great!
burgers 🍔 good fries bad 🍟
They aren't. Incorporate a high quality omega 3 supplement daily by taking an adequate dose dependant on your body weight and your omega 6's will get back in balance as your epa, dpa and dha rebalance.

Quitting seed oils doesn't really do much, oh and also stop being such an alarmist 😂
In your opinion what do you think is responsible for making everyone obese?
It's not what I think it's responsible it's more who. The person putting it in their mouth! Yes the food system is utterly trash but it boils down to education like with most things.

Food companies do create hyper palatable foods where it's easy to over indulge. But saying it's one food item is intellectually lazy. I could say it literally about any ingredient.
I’m not saying it’s entirely seed oils but I have a sneaking suspicion seed oils are 50% + to blame.
They could well be, that and the fact they're in almost every processed food. The point is to be able to monitor it and have easy ways to still not take over your life by not allowing yourself the odd bad meal here and there.

As long as your bloods are hitting decent levels with either an annual or 9 monthly check then you're all good.

Have a look at https://www.insidetracker.com/
Not saying a little seed oils will ruin your life, but cutting out seed oils basically means cutting out all processed food. Which is a huge net positive for the average person.
Absolutely. But they definitely aren't the devil and when I was in this line of work people can adopt bigger issues if they hear on social media that foods are going to kill them lol.
They actually are the devil tho
I'm religious at testing myself and clients over the years and 90% of people get their fatty acid profile back in range without even needing to cut out everything that has oxidised oils in them.

Keep it simple.........take more omega 3's will push out the omega 6's.
Jack Kruse would say over exposure to blue light from devices and not enough natural light exposure. A screwed up circadian rhythm has all sort of downstream effects that lead to weight gain among other things.

Seed oils started to find their way into the food in the 50’s-70’s more or less, but that’s also when TVs became popular and Vegas (neon bulbs) became a thing.

Both an issue. If you eat too much seed oils then you can’t be in the sun as long cause you will burn

Solution: eat steaks outside
This is so true. Organic seed oils are fine, they are completely different from the oils that the anti seed-oil freaks go on about but they never even consider it. The process to make them doesn't involve any chemicals but they have never taken the time to look into it. I've noticed in the 7+yrs of being in bitcoin that there is a strong tendency among some bitcoiners to latch onto things like the carnivore diet, anti-seed oils & more recently population collapse (its not going to happen) without really doing any critical thinking, it's kinda cultish behaviour.
Totally agree and most of them probably haven't ever done any biomarker testing, then adjusted, then the retest. They claim to be the verify experts yet totally ignore basic nutrition. The dosage makes the poison. I'm all for limiting shitty foods and sort of see their concerns but they totally over blow the situation
That’s 💯false to say that quitting seed oils doesn’t do much. And he isn’t being an alarmist but an informist bc that shit is absolutely toxic, takes your cells over 4 years just to expel it from your system. Also quit seed oils and you don’t get sun burned 🤷‍♂️, not to mention inflammation decreases and also rids your body of some of the most highly processed food you can consume.
It doesn't make your cells better by not over consuming them. It keeps you were you're at of you don't consume omega 3's you absolute doughnut.

Inflammation may decrease due to the fact that most seed oils are in garbage proccessed foods. You are trying to vilify the single ingredient here and not the overall outcome from cutting down on these foods and eating better.

You don't even have to believe me either as you can literally do test on this and prove it. I really don't get why you lot get so emotional about things you've really not looked into hard enough

I’m not emotional and to say that seed oils are not the most processed piece of garbage in most foods is silly. I didn’t say it makes your cells better, I was explaining how long it takes to rid them of the toxicity they leave behind is all. Lower inflammation = lower risks of cancer and diseases.

I’m not seeing your point. Why call me a doughnut? They are delicious lol
Lower systemic inflammation is the game yes but people still struggle to get their heads around he fact you don't need to irradicate seed oils all together. This has been proven over and over again
Lol and yes doughnuts are delicious 😅
Just once I want a donut that is fried in tallow.
Oh same! I'm all for the better options but just know I'm not going to get chronic inflammation from the odd seed oil one like the fanatics might think lol
Sorry, I wasn't actually following your conversation.

i just got excited about donuts.
FFS I want some now 😂😎
 for real.

I don't have enough tallow to do a deep fry.
Bacon grease?
 😂😂 do it!
And also you don’t know wtf you’re speaking on. I eat a raw diet. I push people to eat clean and not consume processed food or seed oils if you look at anything I post. Why assume I am uninformed simply because I am disagreeing with your stance? It’s c conversation here sir, no emotions besides feeling healthy and strong as fuck over here 🤷‍♂️
From a cellular level just stopping seed oils doesn't mak the cell healthier. That's just plain and simple. Happy for you on the rest of it though 👍🏼
Jfc where are you getting your nutritional information from? TikTok? Where is the scientific research that shows quitting seed oils will prevent sunburn? Honestly, the utter lack of critical thinking by some people is unreal.
From my own studying and quitting the consumption of seed oil. More than half of the bullshit sunscreen you put on has that toxic bullshit in it.

Quit acting like a doctor or you get your knowledge from some other worldly sources lol.

Seed oils are processed shit and shouldn’t be consumed anymore than any processed food. What’s YOUR point?
Unfortunately this is a common mistake people make when they comment on subjects that they aren't well versed in. Citing a paper just to show your logic is pretty key. And then reading and understanding a paper is actually quite difficult.

I've heard this sun burn thing before but there's not much substance to ilthe claim other than influencers on social media.

Okay? I suffer from tinea versa color and have other skin issues over the years. Sun screen provokes problems with my skin and never found one that didn’t. Quitting the intake of hydrogenated oils has almost gotten rid of my skin issues 💯 with no other intervention. I appreciate your candid expert advice, but you still haven’t made any decent points. Seed oils are trash, it’s processed at the highest level, argue all you want, idc, please keep consuming them 🤷‍♂️🤝👌
And again with the low vibe insults. No dude not from TIk tok. Most of the work is from Cambridge and other sources. I have no social media besides this and I haven’t ever. I’m not woke. I’m a personal trainer, nutrition coach and am an advocate for healthy living. What about that makes me so offensive to you?
Can you link some of the work from Cambridge please becauseI'dm interested in reading it. 👍
Shoot me a dm, totally. Between them and the NIH and quitting them myself is where I am getting/learning my data. 🤝👊
You are arguing that taking omega 3 supplements to balance out the stupid amount of omega 6 those oils have is logical sound haha 😂, keep these clown shoes coming
It will do in terms of cellular balance yes 100%. I've proven and tested it on many people including myself for years.
And having to supplement the balance of your cells by taking a supplement bc seed oils are it healthy is my point and you are simply proving it lol 😂
I'm saying you don't need to eliminate seed oils all together if your omega 3 intake is high with a decent supplement. I'm sorry you don't like this answer but it's proven and I've done it.
No you don't understand. We are saying different things here. Seed oils aren't the devil. You need a certain amount of omega 6's. They're essential. I'm arguing that it's all in the dosage.

If you have a a decent cellular balance you don't need to eliminate them all together. Do you understand?

I could use the same argument about water. Water is great for you in the right doses, but too much of it will kill you! Is water the devil?

The dosage makes the poison!
I don’t disagree but most people have no moderation and processed food (all of it) is the devil, their is no sound argument to me at all that processed foods are good for even in moderation.
We can also get omega 6 from not processed seed oils so it’s pointless to consume them if you can afford a healthy diet 🤷‍♂️
They don't no and that's why I always say it boils back down to personal responsibility. Most people that are so anti seed oils don't eat super clean 100% of the time so I don't know why they get so over sensitive when I call this nonsense out.

Reduce seed oils and food that contain them as much as you can, take a decent omega 3 supplement unless on medications that thin the blood. Do regularly blood tests to track inflammatory markers.
It's near impossible to eliminate PUFAs. Tallow has omega 3 & 6's but because they're combined with 30 odd times more saturated fat, it's stable.

I'm convinced that this omega 3:6 ratio bullshit is just to sell fishing waste as a health food product. Fish oils didn't become a product until we banned the dumping of fish guts & bones into the ocean.

Seed oils are unstable at body temperatures & in an oxygen rich environment. They screw your mitochondria & hence your metabolism.

Keep taking your linseed oil & fish waste believing it's helping your cellular balance though.
Thank you! I agree with you 💯
I'm kind of in your camp here as the majority of omega supplements are utter trash and do absolutely nothing. This I've tested over many years.

My blood work and thousands of others have made significant improvements by making this change and I'll always trust my bio marker results taken each year than others opinions.

I do find it funny how people say alot on this topic yet actually do testing themselves and just prove it to themselves instead of guessing about their health status
We aren't trying to irradicate them all togeether.... if you look at my previous comments. Omega 6's are essential as well. If omega's are paired with a polyphenol it actually acts as a chaperone in carrying it safely to the cellar without the normal oxidisation from the temperature of the blood like other poor quality supps.

Thanks for your input though 😂

 WIL is great!
is it true that shake shack stopped using seed oils?
 No not true
i think they might be trying to switch over. i would love to see them officially do this. https://image.nostr.build/91322a98b61a3d54bdee18466ce399d6a781366c3c52097818fbc970a4236243.jpg
sona of Christ eat olive oil.
