 Not saying a little seed oils will ruin your life, but cutting out seed oils basically means cutting out all processed food. Which is a huge net positive for the average person. 
 Absolutely. But they definitely aren't the devil and when I was in this line of work people can adopt bigger issues if they hear on social media that foods are going to kill them lol.
