 Funny. My jade is working well. I think the problem is coming with the customers are dumb as fuck.  
 You said you have bugs reported that are never fixed too, right? 
 Not bugs, interface function. 

Complain against a small company who is trying selling a good hardware for 65 bucks is stupidity. 

Anyone is free to say what comes into their mind. I already saw this novel: Let’s migrate to a hardware wallet everyone on YouTube is talking about Kkkkkkkk Ledger tragedy. 

Remembering Blockstream has few employers. 

If I give a look in what the customer is looking for is something that even doesn’t exist. Pretty sure 
 I don't think is stupidity. Companies are not to be loved, they exist to make money and to deliver great products and services. Blockstream needs to improve their services If they want to continue to be relevant.  
 I agree with, but the customer went straight to support web page, telegram group or just came cry out like a bitch on socials ?? 🤔 
 He reported the bug on support and was "ignored". No fix for the problem.
In my case what I observe is:
1-  Blockstream release updates and in many cases has many bugs. So looks like they don't test the software before release the update to the public.
2- They take a long time to fix the bugs reported by the users. Sometimes they even ignore, if is not something very serious. 
 I had a issue with bitcoin account. Opened a ticket, 3 days was fixed.
