 I agree with, but the customer went straight to support web page, telegram group or just came cry out like a bitch on socials ?? 🤔 
 He reported the bug on support and was "ignored". No fix for the problem.
In my case what I observe is:
1-  Blockstream release updates and in many cases has many bugs. So looks like they don't test the software before release the update to the public.
2- They take a long time to fix the bugs reported by the users. Sometimes they even ignore, if is not something very serious. 
 I had a issue with bitcoin account. Opened a ticket, 3 days was fixed.
