I don't think is stupidity. Companies are not to be loved, they exist to make money and to deliver great products and services. Blockstream needs to improve their services If they want to continue to be relevant.
I agree with, but the customer went straight to support web page, telegram group or just came cry out like a bitch on socials ?? 🤔
He reported the bug on support and was "ignored". No fix for the problem. In my case what I observe is: 1- Blockstream release updates and in many cases has many bugs. So looks like they don't test the software before release the update to the public. 2- They take a long time to fix the bugs reported by the users. Sometimes they even ignore, if is not something very serious.
