on third day at a spa we ate in our rooms because of the planned ketosis. Day 4 felt great. Idk if I could do it on my own.

 It was a seven day stay and a low calorie regimen. Seems they introduced more carbs on day 4 via vegetables.

 What type of fasting do you practice? Water fasting? Or do you consume juice and/or broth? 
 If he is in ketosis, he must be doing a waterfast… otherwise you won’t get fully into ketosis 🤗🤓

 Last day, nearly there. You must be fancying what you’re gonna eat when you break your water fast. That must be gradual, fruit juice or milk with dates is advised when it’s time to break fasting (this is how people traditionally break their fast during Ramadan). Carbohydrates are also easier to digest, so a bruschetta with tomatoes can be a good starter (you can prepare it with integral bread, I assuming that you will get your meal ready on your own). 
Anyways, I know that you mentioned that you’re on a carnivore diet, a bit of a change adding a variety of taste won’t hurt for a day tho. 
Today I will be preparing chicken breast with mushrooms, potatoes and peas for dinner and I would like to share the recipe although you might already know it, it’s an Italian dish with simple ingredients (for one person: two slices of chicken breast, one potato, some mushrooms, some peas, half an onion, olive oil, salt and pepper) and it’s not hard to cook and served in many Italian restaurants and fast food shops called Tavola Calda as getting prepared in many homes too. 
Anyways, first warm up the olive oil with the onion rings in a pan. Then toss in the breast and fry for a little in the oil and turn from side to side. Then add the mushrooms and the pealed potato cut in slices or chunks as you may prefer while turning everything all around in the pan and bringing down what’s on the top to ensure making them all get nicely cooked. Then add the peas, salt, pepper and a little bit of water so nothing gets burnt. Cooking time usually takes about 25 minutes on medium heat, anyways it’s better to taste the ingredients from now and then to see if they are ready.

 Day 3 is the hardest. Once you get past that, making it to day 7 is easy. Day 4 you’ll notice your vision improves.
