Anyways, first warm up the olive oil with the onion rings in a pan. Then toss in the breast and fry for a little in the oil and turn from side to side. Then add the mushrooms and the pealed potato cut in slices or chunks as you may prefer while turning everything all around in the pan and bringing down what’s on the top to ensure making them all get nicely cooked. Then add the peas, salt, pepper and a little bit of water so nothing gets burnt. Cooking time usually takes about 25 minutes on medium heat, anyways it’s better to taste the ingredients from now and then to see if they are ready.
