 went for a test drive with my feet, as it seems that finally after a year, my knee is showing signs of recovery

 i still really have no idea, but ever since the second day of #frogwalk it was aching really bad, especially after long walks

been on a conditioning and recovery exercise routine for a week now, let's see how it goes 💜 
 Ohh damn. I have a bunch of knee exercises I can share with you if your interested 
 oh abso-bloody-lutely 
 Here’s a few to get you going!

Don’t quote me on the names of these exercises 😂 

Heel slides - sets of 20

Sit to stand - set of 10 (no hands)

Leg ups - set of 10 (hold for 5 secs)

Knee squeezes set of 10 (hold for 5secs)

Sitting marches -set of 20

Bike riding (12mins -3miles)

Swinging (on a swing, not at a party 😉)

 You might want to get that looked at 
 couldn't fully bend my knee for a year without any pain, even 90 degrees hurt after a long walk

suddenly it's almost brand new

 Uhm... My knee sense are saying your meniiscus could be to be looked at.

Does it hurt or feel uncomfe when you go down steps?  
 i already consulted with @jpfrogmd  

the current plan is to finish the recovery routine, then go back to the physio and hopefully get an MRI if possible

 Well, my personal issues were breaking both ACL in two different episodes while playing volleyball.. and I got operation to reconstruct them both times. 

A lot time spent looking at them 😅.. jokes apart, after years of personal reading and studying (after I become a coach) I understood the problem originated and started from poor ankles and flat feet, so incorrect posture and knees alignment etc etc..

A lot of foot and lower body work, and barefoot shoes sinxe then.. can see and feel so many improvements 💪

 Had a complete ACL ruptured last year skiing (March 2023). Followed Dr. Kieran Richardson's rehab steps without surgery. Was back hiking within months and went skiing no problems this past season.

Not sure if your problems are ACL related.
