Well, my personal issues were breaking both ACL in two different episodes while playing volleyball.. and I got operation to reconstruct them both times. A lot time spent looking at them 😅.. jokes apart, after years of personal reading and studying (after I become a coach) I understood the problem originated and started from poor ankles and flat feet, so incorrect posture and knees alignment etc etc.. A lot of foot and lower body work, and barefoot shoes sinxe then.. can see and feel so many improvements 💪
