Not feeling it for the fiat mine this morning:
1) Examining a thesis (personally fulfilling, but provided no time for it by work), student’s work isn’t great either
2) Dealing with a deputy manager putting more shit in my workload
3) making contact with students who don’t care and I’m supposed to nanny them through their project
4) 2) wants to give me an extra group of 3) so removing time from my family and my research through summer…
I’m actually being pushed towards selling less of my life to the fiat machine (ergo, going more part time than I already am)

Thinking about your work pension, you honestly think the money you are putting in wouldn’t be put to better work (while incurring less fees) than if you stopped paying into it and just bought #bitcoin? Honest question. I can’t move my pension, I’m just stopping paying into it.

“Mutually agreed resignation schemes” rolling out to a higher learning institution near you. The times of easy money and easily filled masters course with overseas students has come to an end and they are running to get their house in order. If only they weren’t just completing a ridiculous ego project with money that could have been put into research or paying staff.

Milei is my man!!!!! He’s probably having nothing to do with it, but all he has to do it no ban it and he can then even collect some taxes. I can’t believe more governments don’t see it.
