Is there any countermeasures on Nostr for account spam? Last time I checked you could setup an account in like 2 seconds and start posting.

I tried setting up prosody myself, and got everything configured with SSL and everything but the xmpp clients I tried just refused to connect to it...
Well not only that, theres that "windows ai recall" shit they're trying to shill now for Windows 11 that will allegedly scan your computer activity periodically so you can "recall" what you were doing (no doubt having info sent somewhere in the background)
