Every day’s a chance to keep up the momentum or get back on track.
Don’t beat yourself up if it’s a struggle.
Energy and motivation are volatile.
Regroup, get some rest, and try again tomorrow.
Only a numbskull or a little predatory villain would tell people to insert trust and permission into a permissionless trustless monetary system.
And we all know Saylor isn’t a numbskull.
Stay paranoid, friends. nostr:note1fvllyxserf49mqprkpjm68ls3xsjstnsljveve70z0ffqjkzql6sud3z2g
Don’t fall victim to unhelpful inertia.
Break the inertia and positive momentum becomes much easier.
All you need is to make the decision and quickly follow it up with action.
When I’m well rested and wake up early, Monday mornings are almost as enjoyable as Friday afternoons.
If that’s not the case for you, are you working on the right things?
I don’t have the type of time I used to for listening to podcasts.
So I’ve taken a new approach to deciding what to listen to.
I prioritize listening to people I know personally, podcasts on novel ideas, or classic books on old events/ideas.
And just like that, I’ve stepped out of the Pod Conf sphere of influence @Bugle_News
Fellow (the kettle company) makes an espresso cap for the aeropress that significantly improves the quality of an espresso shot but it’s still not on par with a quality shot pulled from a nice machine.
Cutting out carbs for a while really quiets food cravings but not sure that’s a good idea if you’re training for a race.
Stick to eating for fuel, rather than pleasure. If most of what you eat is nutritious, eating more of it isn’t such a bad thing. With consistency, it only takes a couple weeks to get used to this and curb cravings.
Volatility is nothing to be scared of. It’s natural. The lack of it is unnatural.
Everything is volatile from the weather, to our energy levels, to our perception of time.
Embrace what’s natural and you’ll thrive. Embrace what’s unnatural and you’ll meet your demise.
When trying to build a following on nostr, quoting and
commenting on other’s notes is everything.
Aside from that, positivity and being genuine wins around here.
There’s no algorithm that feeds off fear and anger, or to surface your content to those who don’t follow you.
It ain’t easy, nor have I succeeded but it probably looks something like this:
Smash phone, computer, and tv.
Ditch processed food, sugar, and seed oils.
Sleep soon after sundown and wake around sunrise.
Go outside a ton.
Move a ton to the point of challenging strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Eat a lot of nutrients and stay hydrated with minerals and electrolytes.
Meditate.
Create - write, make art, music, etc.
After a few weeks, introduce consumption of books/printed material - the older, the better.
Be intentional about what you consume.
And when you reintroduce technology, try to use it to create 90% of the time. Consumption through technology is very detrimental.

Nice, that’a what I’ve heard. I’ve taken a few weeks off of it but haven’t experienced that. Gotta give it another try.
I love coffee but it’s terribly diuretic and likely flushes a ton of essential nutrients and minerals out of the body.
I wouldn’t wish watching that clown show on my worst enemy. The debates are a giant LARP that don’t contain any debating but if they did, a 10th grade debate club student would own both candidates.
It’s times like these that people like you feel called upon to step up and risk it all to do something that shifts the paradigm and changes the world.
What are you waiting for?
