It ain’t easy, nor have I succeeded but it probably looks something like this:
Smash phone, computer, and tv.
Ditch processed food, sugar, and seed oils.
Sleep soon after sundown and wake around sunrise.
Go outside a ton.
Move a ton to the point of challenging strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Eat a lot of nutrients and stay hydrated with minerals and electrolytes.
Meditate.
Create - write, make art, music, etc.
After a few weeks, introduce consumption of books/printed material - the older, the better.
Be intentional about what you consume.
And when you reintroduce technology, try to use it to create 90% of the time. Consumption through technology is very detrimental.
