Yeah, and a very common one too, across cultures. Don't sit on the floor, etc. It's bullshit ofc but the cold hurts so much on my period it feels like a big deal lol.
AI art isn't real art and can never be, but there's zero reason to get upset over a random guy generating pictures for fun. Sad reality is that art isn't and never was a viable job as it is and this changes very little. People using AI to generate memes, cursed pictures, shitty porn, etc never would've paid for art either. Unfortunately this guy is too stupid to be outraged over something that matters
I feel really cold. I'm a cold person generally but my period makes me very sensitive to temperature (more pain when cold.) Thing is, it physically stressed me out as well I overheat and get sweaty but if I cool down that feels bad too lol. It's like I want the rest of my body to be normal temp but my uterus to be super warm. The slightest change in temp bothers me.
Did old people ever tell you not to sit on rocks etc because it'll make your uterus cold and infertile? I wonder if the myth comes from here.
I feel like Reddit is "failing" harder. Since the API outrage the amount and quality of content has gone downhill. New lows, even for weddit. Not to mention the karma system is basically designed to encourage botting (and punishes genuine users)
Some Canada Dry would be great rn since the fizz is so efficient. Fizziest drink I've ever had!
Mineral water probably would be handy in this situation if you're avoiding sugar :P
You just reminded me I have noodles, thanks lol
It may seem outlandish looking at marriage today when women have their own income, aren't completely dependent on men, can own property, divorce, etc. Looking at the history of marriage (.. and marriage as it is in conservative, religious countries today) calling it prostitution is not far-fetched in the least. Women would be sold to whomever provided the highest dowry, would get no inheritance as they would get married off, to enjoy a life of providing free cleaning, childcare, and sex to a man they hardly knew.
To anyone who questions the sentiment, we should ask, where do you think "damaged goods" terminology comes from? Culture doesn't form overnight. If men consider women property, marriage can only be prostitution, not a loving union between two people.
Print a stack of business cards with just "No." on them. Hand it to him every time he makes an advancement. When he gets home to see a mountain of business cards, he'll be enlightened.
Yeah, mostly for saying how this "system" endangers women. Trannies conveniently ignore the fact that it would endanger trans"women" as well, in their magical world.
Trans rights are unsustainable regardless of what perspective you take.
Let's pretend for a moment that trans women are "women" and thus vulnerable and should be protected from men. Let's define "trans rights" as the right to self-id without question (as trans people demand it to be.)
What stops a "cis" man from pretending to be a trans woman in order to gain access to their spaces and commit atrocities? All he has to say "I'm trans," and you must believe it whether HE believes it or not.
Thinking disclosing its trans status was for "false hopes" is very telling. No one told you to disclose for your own good, idiot. They were simply expecting you to be a decent human being and not form relationships built on lies and identity fraud.
Note how he says his father controls all the finances, and calls his father the "rational" one.
His mother is a desperate, abused woman, and he plans to help his father torture her more.
I better not see you or anyone who liked this meme take some aspirin, paracetamol, insulin, cough drops, diclofenac, use anesthetic, anti-allergenics, activated charcoal, azithromycin, etc... It's always these people who share these memes then start chugging NSAIDs at the slightest breeze.
Lucky you ungrateful wretches aren't refused the medical help you don't deserve.
