Not exactly. The average American eats 80 grams of seed oils a day. That’s 720 calories or 1/3-1/4 of their calories. If you then break down the macro proportions with protein, animal fats, and carbs, then it’s by no means MUCH more carbs than seed oils. Not defending carbs.
Life is really easy. All you have to do is do the opposite of low testosterone people.

Why does nobody in media know about the Triffin dilemma? It’s not a secret or debatable conspiracy theory and only takes a few minutes to understand. It’s pretty simple. Take your pick of whatever big name journalists or podcasters, none of them know it. Rogan, JBP, Tucker, Greenwald, whoever.
I don’t see which school Triffin was from and Keynes himself expressed similar concerns. I find it so strange because IMO it’s a pretty simple, apolitical concept that anyone can learn in a few minutes.
