In other words, there is no yoga but there are a lot of different practices that people call "yoga."
I'm starting to read through a collection of source texts on yoga, and this is the most insane stuff I've ever read. Not only does yoga have a wide swath of mutually exclusive sectarian contributors, but this means that some of the most psychotic things get included in what constitutes "yoga "
Mark Singleton warns against personally practicing anything in these texts, because a whole lot of it is stuff like drinking piss and giving yourself brain damage so you stop reincarnating.
Contrary to popular opinion, enjoying something a lot and thinking about it a lot does not make that thing an idol.

One of the reasons men on the dissident right work out and study and eat right, all of that self-improvement work, is because we really should be better than our enemies. We should be inspiring, powerful, attractive to our women, and gifted leaders. Networking is good and we should be doing it; but if you want your people to thrive, be the best of them and lift others up to do the same. That includes being capable in theological matters, hence the Theology series.

It is righteous to pray for righteous peace instead of war.
It is also righteous to pray for victory in war for the righteous side.
It is righteous to pray for as little bloodshed as possible the the sake of both sides, that the good warriors may see victory and the wicked side may be bought to repentance.

Disestablish the state of israel, reverse the Naqba with birthright citizenship for the Palestinian diaspora, and hand over all the levers of power to the Christian population in the country

They burned through all their social capital in 2020 with covid, blm and that thunberg goblin. So many blm organizers have been found to be frauds and thieves as well. People are pissed, so walking things back is likely an attempt to prevent backlash (whether violent or not).

Animal complex, 10 minutes:
-Bear crawl, pushups until it burns, then skipping/running, Ling style air squats until it burns. Repeat until timer is done.
Kata with weight vest, 10 minutes
Elbow lever, 3x23 seconds
Bridges, 3x23 seconds
Stretching, 10 minutes
Splits work, 5 minutes
I spent a couple weeks doing some super slow pushups to help get acclimated to the constant tension of animal crawls. Now that I'm more used to it, it's time to play around with not counting reps.
It was literally just doing pushups or air squats until your limbs feel the burn, then moving back to crawling or running. The logic behind it is, ultimately it's not the numbers that counts for anything, it's the goal I'm after - greater endurance, tension control and overall conditioning. I ain't gotta count reps or sets to make that happen.

I was shocked to learn that church attendance in the middle ages was lower than it is today, in large part because they didn't have small country churches like we have in the States. Poor farmers simply couldn't get to the big cathedrals that sucked up all the funding.
The fact that various practices were developed by schools with mutually exclusive systems of thought means the term is effectively meaningless. They wouldn't even know themselves it seems, except for some strands of common practice like breath control.
