Time for the occasional reminder that we shouldn't have to live like this, you shouldn't be forced to associate with people like this, and public schools are nothing more than systematic child abuse. 
As for the teacher here...she should have known better than to teach in a school like this.

People can say there needs to be LAW and ORDER and all that, expulsions of those who are destroying civilization, etc.

Since you don't have the civic authority to make that happen (even if you did, good luck surviving the attempt), disassociation is a powerful collective tool to use. "If you treat me and mine like trash, I simply will not associate with you."

Oh, also there's an update: the silly teacher is returning to that same school, in that same class, to continue playing Russian Roulette: Urban Civil Worker Edition.
