@313Chris:hellokitty_headbang: Jesus would wash the feet of any saved person. The pope allowing debauchery is reprehensible and should be condemned. But, the Pope is but man, not a prophet or a Jesus-lite; Catholics fascination with bringing God down to man is finally catching up to them. Catholics are just like any other pantheon. There is no reason to worship a man that has god-like powers.
@efa2e20e LLM'S are amazing at catching patterns and identifying even small outliers. Once you see how to use them, it's just multiplication from there. The gains will be for model improvement. It's exciting to see what will come - even if it is the singularity and we become batteries.
@efa2e20e I recently upgraded to 14 pro. Dynamic island is pretty cool. It brings back some of what I lost in the move from android. 15 prowas hard to justify, as it was $100 more plus another 13 charging cords. Just too expensive.
@7fbf2087 oh Hai neighbor! I'm up in Rochester. La Cresent is a beautiful area, and you don't have the bully Mayo dictating everything. It's a bit away, but if you need storage or a stopping point while moving let me know!
@804e5d83 not being able to toss a murder machine out onto the city streets is one thing I'd like to have done. House cats are powerful predators and hunt for fun; often with dire impacts to the local ecosystem.
For speach, Canada is showing us the future we are building today.
@efa2e20e you're welcome. A less intensive option is always on vpn even during pre-boot. Issues with the certificate based authentication, but stateful user based authentication is just a login away. All depends on where you want your risk.
@efa2e20e They would be the firm that employs the lawyers. I'm also a Dell fanboy specifically due to how they structure their on-site support, and how well they treat medium sized businesses.
@efa2e20e They have an IT department that manages their workstations. There's normally three choices for windows: Dell, HP, or Lenovo. Lenovo makes a solid product, so no knock there. If they are just reading documents - no heavy data sets, excel, or other editing - i5 or Ryzen5 with integrated graphics would be enough to get it done. No need for i9 and dedicated GPU for most office workloads.
@b42b2f3c pi-hole, vpn, and browser based as blockers are the way to go for an ad free lifestyle. I'd recommend trying it for 30 days and tracking your mental well being. Ads are really not good for you to consume.
Also, ad are primary vector for most consumer maleware, adware, and other viruses and worms. One of the best cybersecurity moves to make.
@d7af9dea 1593 around 13:30, you mention how bad the current pope is. It's interesting to me, as one of my friends attends a Latin mass Catholic Church that doesn't recognize the current Pope. The enemy has taken over one of the biggest Christian institutions.
@efa2e20e and here I am, developing policies to make sure Copilot can't run on any device. Makes sense after MS's AI division left global/full access SAS tokens in their github.
@Kajoozie Maflingo
Thanks! Appreciate it. I'll have to hop on a computer to add it to my profile.
