 House sold for $114k less than asking in the area we are looking, where everyone says housing prices only going up. Pretty crazy. Seeing houses going way below asking lately. Impossible! I'm told.

 @7fbf2087 oh Hai neighbor! I'm up in Rochester. La Cresent is a beautiful area, and you don't have the bully Mayo dictating everything. It's a bit away, but if you need storage or a stopping point while moving let me know!
