But but, Jack wants to have a 1 on 1 conversation with me… sure he wants my name and location… and then my SS# along with any major credit cards I may have, but that’s just so he know that I’m not scamming him, right…. Right?

I muted each one individually, and if I went into someone else’s replies and noticed replyguy in their notes I muted those ones too… and really after a day, I haven’t seen reply guy anymore
I don’t know, I think just getting over the slightly technical entry into the nostrverse was the hardest part… and then just knowing that Nostr is still very much a sandbox… I think that is the most difficult parts…
Why not both, welcome to nostr. Damus is just one of the many clients to access and read and write to the nostr protocol. It is my favorite app on iOS for nostr, but there is also primal and Nostur on iOS for social media. Once you get the hang of one, you should try out some of the other clients that run on nostr… the best comprehensive list I know of is https://nostrapps.com… but most importantly, have fun. Find weird people that post cool things you like, follow and reply on their notes, and post notes with cool things that you like, and people will find you and follow, use hashtags to find cool things… hashtag grownostr is a good starting place.
Welcome and glad you are here, really glad you are playing with the different apps to see what they do. https://nostrapps.com has the most up to date list of clients I’ve seen if you want to test some other apps out
I take that back, I have used it on my desktop before, I can’t really remember it very well but it was one of the clients that nostrudel recommended along with picstr
Hello and welcome, depends… on iOS I use damus most but also sometimes primal for social media, on desktop, nostrudel or primal for social media but then I also play with zapstream, flare, wikifreedia and various other clients trying to get the full spectrum
