 I’m voting for Donald Trump.

When Ross is released from prison and stands on stage at the bitcoin conference in Las Vegas, I want to say I played a small part in creating that moment.

If you don’t want to be a part of that fine, but don’t cheer with us as we celebrate.

You did nothing to facilitate his freedom.
He will. Nothing to lose politically at this point. Second term presidents have massive leeway with pardons and clemency.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it happens near the end but still, with the democrats it will happen never. 👎
 lol nah
Actually I did 100% more than you champ.
I am in a swing state buddy
 How
There were no explicit promises made. It was always a longshot in term 1
This isn’t hard. You did 0% (not voting) I did 100% (voting). Doing nothing is not the same as doing something.
 Exactly.
 1. Free speech and persuasion are part of a free market. I find it hard to imagine that anyone is “bludgeoned” by my rhetoric.

2. I didn’t belittle anyone.

3. Some opinions are superior to others. Not everything is equal.
Actually my action does have an impact since I am in a battleground state and a handful of states like mine will decide the outcome of the election.

The impact is marginal sure, but I said that in the original post. I’m doing a “small” thing to help Ross.
100% as usual they have things backwards.
 I didn’t belittle anyone.

Nothing I said is hypocritical.
If the 70,000 people were people who thought like you then he wouldn’t have won. Every one of those 70k votes mattered.
And yet you won’t do anything to free Ross.
I’m done with this autistic argument. See you around.
It’s funny that people write unhinged hit pieces about nostr being far right or whatever.

There is a lot of leftist thought on nostr.
Once devs finish copying existing apps/concepts, we start the real innovation.
Reminds me of early Bitcoin innovation where people were like we can do (insert generic business model) but with Bitcoin!
Truly bizarre to compare dogs to children.
Very odd to me that you would get triggered about someone saying “Get married and have children” the most normal thing in human history.
 So triggered over nothing.
I don’t feel I need to address you accusing me of things I didn’t say.
 👍
 It really is
Friendly reminder that anarchism is a meme ideology (like communism) that fails to account for human nature. nostr:note12zerf97yt0y4tq76n3mge5pw5zgpmw7f3nxqg766c7kedja29sxsd2k8c9
And what stops “inherently” depraved human beings from forming a mob and exercising violent power in an anarchist system?
 Absolutely
So if you have a think called governments that keep infringing on your anarchist default do you really have anarchism? Or is the infringement of the anarchist default the actual status quo?
 Thing*
So all you need is everyone in the world to reject all the major states simultaneously to get to your dream world. Sounds reasonable.
The human nature you aren’t accounting for is the part where other humans will not leave you alone. It doesn’t mean you aren’t capable of being sovereign due to some inherent flaw. Unfortunately for us libertarians, there are so few of us. We’re vastly outnumbered.
Can you name a technology that has created a shield against the mob?
This is why I said it’s a meme ideology. It’s like communism. Great in theory. Horrible in practice.
It’s a moral framework for autistic people. Nuero typical people don’t understand the non aggression principle and never will.
How many people do you think are curious about the world around them?

What percentage?

I feel like it’s less than 20%
I mean continually asking questions about why things around them are happening, why the world works as it does, why nature works as it does etc…
Have you seen our other option? lol it’s shitcoin scammer or deep state communist.
It’s not a false dichotomy. It’s a regular dichotomy. That’s what voting is in a two party system. A contrast between two opposing ideologies.
Yes I’m so blind. Very blind. You’ve figured me out.
Yes you are right. I don’t see that. Wow. First time I’m realizing. I have been so blind.
I’m going to be a dad!!!!!
 Congratulations that’s awesome!
Conventional wisdom is underrated . Things the fact checkers would be like what’s the source
 What’s your source? Common sense.
Being a man means duty and obligation.

Duty is the root of masculine love.

A man understands that his duty is a gift, not a burden.

He doesn’t complain because he’s stoic, but because there’s nothing to complain about.

He enjoys being responsible for others.

Seeing those under him happy and healthy.

He knows he provides that and without him the world would be a much darker place for those he loves.
 Hahaha I’m way too lazy
I’m gonna have four teenage girls in a decade so I’m really hoping self driving is ubiquitous at that time lol 😂
Imagine you were responsible for nothing. A horrible and tragic life.
 Writing books is hard work
Macho sure, but where’s the fundamentalism?
If you have movable values then you don’t actually have values. Values aren’t supposed to move.
 What does it accomplish?
You do sound like a woketard, no offense.
 You read it correctly.
My condolences to the single-issue Bitcoiners who supported a presidential candidate who's now of...
Have you seen our other option? lol it’s shitcoin scammer or deep state communist.
 Wut
It’s childish to pretend like politics don’t matter. They always matter.
I asked my wife to describe me in one word and she said “intense”.

I told her I don’t feel intense, I feel very chill.

She told me I was not chill. lol

It’s funny how different our perceptions of ourselves are from the perceptions of those around us.
 lol I like that description
It’s a mystery to me too lol 😂
Don’t usually get that one much. 🤷🏻‍♂️
One day you’ll realize that there’s an invisible rule book.

It doesn’t exist on paper anywhere and yet for some reason you know all its rules.

You then realize that you believe it is important to follow these rules.

After you have this realization one of two things are going to happen.

1. You decide these rules are valid and you must live your life by them and enforce them on others

2. You decide these rules only exist in your mind. So you begin to forget them and encourage others to do the same.
Less so morals, more so social norms and mores.
So I see you’ve met my family lol
Will bragging about beating me when I had Justin Jefferson, pat mahomes, Travis Kelce and Aaron jones all out or on byes.

I’ll see you in the playoffs you son of a bitch.
You’re right. I’ll let you savor this win. lol
There’s nothing scarier than not living up to your potential.
 You only have two choices.

Stress or regret.

Choose wisely.
Before I started my company the people closest to me told me it was never going to work and I should go to law school.

I started it anyway. It was successful.

When I first bought bitcoin everyone laughed at me.

I bought more. No one laughs anymore.

When I got married my father in law told me I was being too aggressive saving money and I needed to lighten up and enjoy life or the marriage wasn’t going to work.

He got divorced 2 years later, I am still happily married.

After the birth of my second child, my wife had a serious complication and the doctor told us we’d never have more kids.

We had two more. The same doctor delivered them.

The things other people say/believe are almost always about themselves and their own hang ups and insecurities. You can safely ignore them.
I hear everyone, but I listen only to myself.
I’ve always been a stoic myself
I had a production company for about 6 years.
I love to argue, but I hate paperwork.
Actually the doctor literally said this to me verbatim, because she was uninformed about the nature of the procedure happening in IR. This was after a medical error which had caused my wife’s complication in the first place. So she had an emotionally devastating conversation with me for no reason. Doctors make mistakes all the time. They are very fallible like every other profession.
Those things might have worked for someone else, but not me. This is my life. I live it how I want, not based on others opinions or advice. That’s the point. Do what’s right for you.
Zoomers don’t even know of the peak America that existed before them. Inflation hits all aspect...
The zoomers had a taste of it in the early 2000’s but they’ll never know life before 9-11 and it really was so vastly different.
I've been spending the last several weeks learning about Bitcoin, specifically deep things and nu...
Fuck yeah. I fully support this. You’re too good to be on the sidelines.
Whatever you think of Elon Musk. He’s responsible for this. What are you responsible for? nostr:note15rfq9vpftzv64vdvpfruqsa6nnlhvj00w6r5kuxhyhzduvfjq5eq4a9x2z
Oh you’re talking about Jack parsons. Yeah Jack parsons was a wild dude.
I used to believe in Hanlon’s razor.

That it was inaccurate to attribute things to malice which could be explained by incompetence.

Complete bullshit.

It’s all malice.

The incompetence is purposeful.

The incompetents are put in place by the malicious in order to obfuscate their ill intent.
Not at all. It means there are people out there making the world worse. Those people can be dealt with. They can be prosecuted. They can be removed from their positions. They can be replaced with better people.
