I’m sorry, unsigned data cannot be trusted, no matter if it’s coming from a server I signed saying I trust.
We’ve tried that before; that’s actually the current trust model.
I thought the same, then realized we’ll already have a nostr track at OFF and also didn’t work with the premise of “new continent”.
I still think Argentina is a fantastic idea but I might be seen as biased
Fountain is now100x better.
Probably more.
This type of feed is what I’ve been dreaming off for a long time.
Still a lot of work to be done; this new foundation unlocks a LOT of incredible new possibilities.
Well done, @merryoscar 👏

For example, imagine I create a clip of a show you’ve never heard of.
You follow me, so the clip shows up in your feed.
You listen to the 20-second clip from Nostrudel, or Amethyst, or Coracle.
You love it, and want to hear the rest.
You push one button from Nostrudel; “Add to playlist”; later, when you open up Fountain, the episode is there, waiting for you.
Short-form into the long-form.
Simply REFUSING to be bored or pigeonholed, and being ruthless about it, is such a simple hack to live a good life.
I often remember that Peter Drucker wrote 1/3rd of the books he wrote by the age of 65; 2/3 came after.

“Smart” widgets being the latest one; a reinvention of HTML, completely unspeced with no input from any other devs whatsoever. It’s basically a proprietary spec wrapped in a nostr event.
Luckily some devs are working on a standard way of doing something similar with hypernotes and HyperCards from @nielliesmons and @Paulhttps://m.primal.net/KFXI.jpg
possible you might have a bad p-tag in one of your follow/mute list (like a t-tag)
many (most?) clients try to parse the non-hexpubkey as a pubkey, they fail and they give up; I've seen it a bunch of times where I try to follow someone, it *looks* like it worked, but then I see my list wasn't updated because of it
overloading kinds with a bunch of different meanings leads to these issues, but the root problem is that most nostr devs don't code defensibly enough
The rock warriors way is such an underrated book outside of climbing circles
Much like “The inner game of tennis” goes far beyond tennis, a lot of people would get a lot of value from it

After five months of abusing my Q1 on a daily basis, the batteries gave out.
RIP 🪫🪫🪫
Fucking insane; five months with 3 AAA with daily use.
This thing is by an order of magnitude my favorite hardware signer.

CONVERT STRESS INTO COMFORT
One of my favorite things about working out is monitoring my inner dialogue.
Particularly when conditions are suboptimal.
“I didn’t sleep well”, “it’s too hot”, “I don’t have time; I need to go”
My mind gives me all the reasons to STOP, with a heavy correlation with going into apnea or deep, heavy breathing.
Training the mind to accept this inner dialogue and keep going regardless of it feels very similar to Vipassana.

Merging PRs into the NIPs requires implementations.
There’s a PR with the switch that’s been waiting for two months for implementations to be able to merge
The NIPs repo is DESCRIPTIVE.
Yeah, a couple of years ago I started writing a book; immediate reached out for Markdown and within a couple of days I had migrated everything to Asciidoc
you mean to which pubkey senders should nutzap p2pk-lock? they should look at the 10019 kind's p2pk; senders shouldn't even try to look at the 37375 events.
There can only be one 10019 (since 10k <= x < 20k kinds are not param-replaceable)
