The time to make non-actually existential changes to BTC has passed IMO.
Cry me a river, but that’s not going to change the fact that most people won’t ever know what covenants are or what a BIP even means. Corporations and nation-states are not going to get on board with making any non-existential changes.
It is what it is, nothing is perfect. Solutions to problems and functionality will come at higher layers and with trade-offs like everything else in life.
Not every human needs or wants trustless self custody. They will tell you themselves. Why people refuse to acknowledged this fact is perplexing.

Just go outside and interact with people in the real world. You don’t generally see jacked bearded dudes (high T) at leftist protests. What you see is a lot of skinny fat dudes that are vegan. It’s not rocket science or controversial. Or just see how women vote (much more to the left than men)
You would use tax payer dollars or fiat grants to run a study to verify that men are indeed stronger than women because only properly conducted research can answer that question.
