ppl will talk for 100 hours about their investment strategy and all the research that went into it when all i care about is literally one number: annual return. sometimes i ask “ok, so what was your annual return?” and sometimes, they dont even know🤦♀️
i think they might be using it to mean that they no longer feel represented by their government, which would be an appropriate use of the word disenfranchise
