I’ve been avoiding videos like this for over half a year now. I can’t watch anymore. It’s so cruel and sad. And I can’t do anything about it. All it does is make me depressed. Maybe I’m heartless but I don’t think watching these is worth it anymore. There’s nothing I can do to stop it and it really fucks me up emotionally.
What are your opinions on meaningful coincidences?
I think we’ve all had experiences where we think about someone, or dream about them, and then find a text from them shortly after. I used to think it was a sign from god or something but there are so many times when I have thought of someone or dreamt of them and found that they didn’t think of me at all. We think about so many things throughout the day that it shouldn’t be surprising that sometimes we may think about someone as they are thinking about us. The probability of that happening is low, but on a long enough timeframe it’ll eventually happy. So I really think it’s just a coincidence. Anyone disagree?
I’m familiar with synchronicity. I read a lot of Carl Jung’s work when I was religious. I find it hard to believe that they’re anything but coincidences. If I think about someone constantly, it doesn’t magically make them think of me too. I would’ve gotten all my exes back if that were the case 😂
That’s a good point I didn’t think about. That much power would corrupt anyone. I just wish the creator would share the original ending he had in mind. But yeah sacrificing himself for his friends was not the original story. I think the original story was that he was trying to make the world the way he thought was right and his friends had to kill him in order to stop him. He was too arrogant to listen to anyone else because he has so much power and knowledge.
